Manuela has over 20-years professional experience in the luxury goods and fashion industry, specializing in international fashion and lifestyle brands. Today, Manuela is in charge of Creative Talent Acquisition and Development at LVMH Fashion Group. She has been in this role since 2012. She joined after a 6-year experience at the Paris-based luxury-specialized Executive Search firm Floriane de Saint Pierre & Associés. Prior to this, she has worked in Events Production, Wholesale / commercial, RTW Production, Economic consulting, in Florence and Paris for brands such as Pitti Immagine, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, L. A. Distribuzione and others.
