Since 1973 she has been working in the Unic Group (A Confindustria Association) in the area of corporate strategy, marketing and international marketing supporting on the assertion of Italian tanning companies on international markets and in charge for external and institutional relations.
In 1991 she becomes director of Unac, the Italian Accessories and Components Association.
She has created LP Fashion Studio, an innovative showroom devoted to the trends that have emerged in leather fashion and it contributes a unique dynamic resource for all designers and researchers in the leather sector, especially devoted to sustainability aspect of this industry, and she managed several designers contest.
She is journalist and collaborates with the house magazines of the Group.
She had been appointed General Director of UNIC from 2016 and CEO of LINEAPELLE (International Exhibitioon) from July 2017. She is CEO of ICEC (Institute of Certification) and member of the management board of Italian leather research Institute (Stazione Sperimentale Pelli di Napoli).
She takes part at the Italian Committee of Fashion and Accessory established by the Minister of Economic Development – that gather the main corporations, associations and exhibitions of fashion, accessories, jewels.
She has built and supported the tanning industry by promoting and carrying out programs and projects in order to make the sector more and more advanced, attentive to the environment, to the health and to the ethic economy.
She has experience in international and institutional relations.
