- in the research business – she has been Director in charge of the Qualitative Studies at Nielsen
- in the education – she is lecturer of Marketing and Research Methods at Master Courses Istituto Marangoni, Milano and Professor of Research Methods at Università Cattolica, Milano
She publishes some books about qualitative research and marketing trend. The last one is “Diverso da chi. L’inclusione come strumento di marketing” Egea 2021. She is a regular columnist for Corriere della sera, Corriere.it, Mark Up, Micro & Macro Marketing and other specialized international magazines and journals.
